Forge Link is the simplest way to collect real video (and text) testimonials from your customers and show them off. It's four steps: you share a link, your customer records a short video or writes a few lines right there, you review and approve what comes in, and then you embed the approved testimonials on your own site or share your public page. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

No. Your customer just opens your link, records or types, gives consent, and submits — no sign-up, no app, no password. It works right in the browser on any phone.

Up to 60 seconds. The sweet spot is about 15–45 seconds — long enough to feel real, short enough that people actually finish recording. Prefer to write? “Write instead” is always available, and text testimonials are unlimited on every plan.

Three ways, and you can use all of them:

• Embed on your site: build an embed (launcher, carousel, or single testimonial) and paste the generated snippet onto your own site — no plugin required.
• Share your public page: every page has its own link (forge-link.app/p/your-page) you can drop into Linktree, a bio, an email, or anywhere.
• Share a single testimonial: each approved testimonial has its own short link and QR code you can share on its own.

No — and that's on purpose. Every submission lands in your moderation queue first, where you approve, reject, hide, or organize it. Only approved testimonials ever appear on your embeds or public page.

Consent is captured at the moment of submission, with a timestamp — every customer explicitly agrees to have their testimonial published before it's collected. And nothing a customer submits is visible anywhere public until a human on your team approves it. You review every submission first.

Nothing is ever deleted. If you move to a plan with a lower limit, the testimonials over that limit are automatically archived (hidden from public view) — your videos and text stay safe in your account. Upgrade again and the auto-archived ones come right back. Anything you archived yourself stays exactly how you left it.

• Free ($0): 1 public page, 10 published videos, unlimited text testimonials, the video launcher embed, and basic analytics.
• Pro ($24/mo): 3 pages, 100 published videos, all three embed formats, custom logo and colors, category and product links, and no Forge Link branding.
• Business ($49/mo): 10 pages, 500 published videos, 5 team members, custom domains, API and webhooks, and advanced analytics.

Yes, on the Pro and Business plans. Free shows a small “Powered by Forge Link” mark; Pro and Business remove it so your embeds and public page are fully your own.

No plugin. Embedding is copy-and-paste — you generate a snippet in the dashboard and paste it wherever you want the testimonials to appear. If you'd rather not touch your site at all, just share your public page link instead.
